Amanda Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst, Testing Team Manager, and UAT Supervisor at Florida Family Insurance since March 2010, Amanda has developed a strong expertise in business analysis and team management. Prior to this, Amanda held the role of Agency Manager at Tim Shaw Insurance Group, Inc., where responsibilities included fostering teamwork across departments and providing comprehensive insurance counseling for commercial and personal lines clients. Amanda's career also comprises roles as a Commercial Producer/Agency Manager at FHC Insurance Agency and as an Executive Assistant at Parlin Insurance Agency, where Amanda managed various operational and sales functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Social Worker at ABC Adoptions, guiding families through the adoption process. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic College and Palm Beach Atlantic University.
