Amanda Kovacs is an experienced optometrist with a diverse background in various clinical settings. Currently serving as an optometrist at Florida Eye Specialists since May 2023, Amanda previously held positions at Amanda Kovacs, PA, and Jacksonville Eye Center, where responsibilities included clinical management and patient care. With earlier roles as an optometric physician and clinical research advisor at Bowden Eye Associates, along with optometric student physician positions at AKER KASTEN EYE CENTER and Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute, Amanda has developed a strong foundation in optometry. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University.
