Lisa Bedrosian is a seasoned Systems Programmer III at the Florida Department of Financial Services, with experience in front-end web design and development, general webmaster tasks, and web content strategy since July 2013. Currently leading the migration and upgrade of MyFloridaCFO, Lisa processes numerous web update requests annually while providing technical documentation and training. Previously, as a Computer Programmer Analyst I at the Florida Department of Revenue from September 2004 to July 2013, Lisa managed front-end design projects, coordinated communications, and improved team processes, contributing to the agency's achievement of ISO-20000 certification—the first state agency in the U.S. to obtain this distinction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee State College.
