Lecia Behenna currently serves as Bureau Chief and Infrastructure Program Manager at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lecia held the position of Senior Management Analyst at the Florida Division of Emergency Management from April 2021 to July 2021. Lecia also garnered extensive experience as the Director of Finance at the Florida Hospital Association from January 2016 to April 2021.
