Frank D'Angelo has been part of the Florida Carpenters Regional Council since August 2004, currently holding the position of South Florida Area Manager and Council Representative. Prior to this, Frank served as a Business Agent for the Pile Drivers Local Union 1026 within the South Florida Carpenters Regional Council from January 2001 to August 2003.
