Haki Halisi is a seasoned development professional with a robust background in higher education fundraising and scholarship management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Scholarships and Annual Giving at Florida Atlantic University since November 2022, Haki has held significant roles including Area Development Director at UNCF and Executive Director at Sélébré Ayiti. Previous positions also include Director of Development at both Miami Dade College and Florida International University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication, as well as Regional Development Director at College Summit and Senior Director of Development at Howard University. Haki holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government and Psychology from Howard University.
