Thaís Guerra is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in innovative waste management and sustainable design. Currently at Flori Tech since January 2021, Thaís focuses on integrating technology and gamification to promote waste reduction. In addition to this role, Thaís serves as a Jury member at ADG Brasil and as a member of ForbesBLK, a global community of Black entrepreneurs. Involvement with Microsoft for Startups as a Founders Hub member provides further support to entrepreneurs. As a leader of Climate Reality Project Brasil, Thaís contributes to climate action initiatives. Previous roles include industrial designer at CYGLE Ambiental, researcher at Instituto de Macromoléculas Professora Eloisa Mano, and industrial designer at Traços Produtora. Education includes a Master’s in Polymer Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
