Eli Florence has a wealth of work experience in the electrical industry. Eli is currently the President and CEO of Florence Electric LLC and Kaydon Group LLC, both of which they founded in 2005. Prior to this, they served as the President and CEO of Starcom Holdings & Constar International, Inc. from 1998 to 2004. In the past, they have held various executive positions at Consolidated Electrical Services and Rotman Electric Co. Additionally, they started their career as a Journeyman Electrician and Field Supervisor at Stadelmann Electric Service, and previously worked at Rosemar Silver Co. where they repaired, maintained, and installed electrical and mechanical equipment. Eli Florence's work experience spans over four decades and showcases their expertise and leadership in the electrical industry.

Eli Florence has a diverse education history. Eli obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Northeastern University, where they studied from 1979 to 1982. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dean College between 1977 and 1979. Before pursuing higher education, Eli attended Southeastern Regional Vocational High School, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Electrician. In addition to their formal education, Eli Florence has acquired several certifications, including BICSI Cabling Technician, CPR and Industrial First Aid Certified (American Red Cross), Master Electrical License Holder, and OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
