Jean Lteif is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles and kitchen management. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Sweetheart Kitchen since April 2022, Jean has previously held significant positions including Executive Chef at Sunset Hospitality Group and Greenhouse FoodStuff Trading LLC, and multiple executive roles at Right Bite Nutrition and Catering Services, Pomme du Ciel Catering, and Le Blanc Catering. Earlier experience includes head chef positions at Napoletana Restaurant and Wagamama, along with a Chef De Partie role at Rotana Cafe. Jean Lteif holds certificates in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the International Centre for Culinary Arts in Dubai, completed in 2017.
