Wanda Wasik is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in driving people strategies and organizational performance across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global HRBPs at FloQast since January 2025, Wanda previously held the position of Director, People Business Partners at Outreach from April 2020 to December 2024. With a career foundation that includes leadership roles at Impinj, Betts, Yapstone, OpenTable, Community Health for Asian Americans, and the University of Puget Sound, Wanda has successfully led initiatives in compensation, performance review transformation, culture design, and talent management. Wanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Business and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
