Jitse Vanthourenhout's work experience includes various job roles at different companies. In 2019, they worked as a jobstudent onthaal for BNP Paribas Fortis. In 2020, they served as a jobstudent winkelmedewerker at Delhaize Belgium. The following year, in 2021, they worked as a jobstudent commerciële binnendienst at Clarebout Potatoes NV. In 2022, they worked as a jobstudent onthaal at Zwembad De Amfoor, and later that year, they joined Ambulancier Firstcare Ieper BV as a jobstudent patiënten- en stalenvervoer. In 2023, they served as an intern in the Sales & Marketing department at Floorify.

Jitse Vanthourenhout completed their secondary education at College Ieper from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a secundair diploma in modern languages and economics. In 2019, they enrolled at Ghent University to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2023. During their undergraduate studies, Jitse specialized in the field of business administration. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they also pursued further education at Ghent University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Commercial Management in 2023. Furthermore, Jitse briefly attended the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in 2022, where they pursued a master's degree in Commercial Management.
