Bryan Hughes is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Surveying and Compliance Manager at Flomatik Network Services since June 2016. Responsibilities include delivering PIA and FTTP surveys for clients across the UK while training planners and surveyors to meet industry standards. Prior roles include Operations and Training Manager at Plancast Intelligent Infrastructure, where Bryan facilitated the rollout of Superfast Cymru and ensured compliance for Openreach networks, as well as serving as a Planner and Field Manager in various capacities across multiple companies. With a foundational career at Fujitsu Telecommunications spanning three decades, Bryan gained extensive knowledge in telecommunications and civil engineering, particularly in fibre optics and access networks.
