Martin Ilchev is an experienced technical support specialist with a strong background in customer experience. Currently employed at floLIVE since February 2023, Martin previously worked as a customer experience associate at Crypto.com from April 2021 to July 2022 and served as a technical support specialist at A1 Bulgaria from April 2020 to October 2020. Martin's educational journey includes studying at New Bulgarian University from 2018 to 2021, Technical University of Sofia from 2016 to 2018, and Cisco Networking Academy from 2014 to 2016, culminating in a degree as a technician in computer systems networking and telecommunications from the Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES) associated with Technical University-Sofia, where studies took place from 2011 to 2016.
