Gregory Norris has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as an Operations Engineer at Floify since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Westwood One as a Network Operations Technician from November 2018 to March 2021, where they were responsible for master control operations of a satellite distribution network and provided technical support to commercial radio stations. Before joining Westwood One, Gregory served as an IDX & Data Integrity Coordinator at Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN) from July 2017 to November 2018, where they audited real estate listings, provided support for Realtor users, and managed billing accounts. Gregory gained experience as an Installation Technician at Dish Network from June 2016 to May 2017 and as a Repair Technician at Sports Authority from October 2015 to May 2016. Gregory also worked as an IT Support Specialist II at Deeply Digital from February 2015 to October 2015, providing technical support for small businesses, wireless ISP support, and sales and support for a wireless internet network. Gregory'searlier experiences include working as a Promotions Editor at MontanaPBS from August 2009 to May 2011, creating video content for broadcast, and as a Tech Team Youth Leader at the Binning Family Foundation from May 2005 to May 2009, where they instructed courses in video production and technology use for extra-curricular programs.

Gregory Norris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global in 2019. In addition to their degree, they also acquired several certifications including "Learning Django" from LinkedIn in December 2019, "Android Development Essential Training: Design a User Interface with Java" from LinkedIn in October 2019, and "CompTIA A+" from CompTIA in August 2018.
