Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Flock Safety, James has previously held significant positions at Harness as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and at Miro as Head of Sales. James has an extensive tenure at Medallia, progressing through roles from Regional Director to Senior Vice President of Sales North America. Additionally, James co-founded the Hope Strengthens Foundation in 2010, a 501(c)(3) charity aimed at providing financial support to those affected by serious injury or tragedy. James's professional journey began in the sports industry as a professional hockey player with teams such as the San Jose Sharks and the New Jersey Devils.
