Aynn Collins possesses extensive experience in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employer branding, currently serving as the Director of Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition at Flock Safety. Previously, Aynn held the position of Principal Consultant at Culture Counsel, Lead Consultant for Employer Brand at Proactive Talent, and Director of Employee Experience at Mailchimp, along with a role as Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same organization. Aynn began a career in talent management as the Employer Brand Manager at Mom Corps. Aynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Emory University.
