Adam Perres has extensive experience in the sales and real estate industries, currently serving as a Carrier Sales Rep at Flock Freight since January 2022. Previously, Adam held various roles at StoneArch Selling Advisors as a Sales Trainer since August 2009, and as a Business Development Manager at High Fidelity Realty from June 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing for a large rental portfolio and conducting extensive training for agents. At C.H. Robinson from October 2012 to July 2020, Adam served as a Capacity Account Manager and Key Account Manager, managing major accounts and achieving significant revenue growth. Experience also includes leadership roles at Chicago Apartment Finders, first as Director of Leasing Operations and earlier as Director of Landlord Relations, where Adam excelled in training, managing, and developing teams while fostering strong relationships with landlords and clients. Adam began a career in real estate as a Leasing Agent and Listing Agent, achieving multiple performance accolades throughout. Educational foundations include Lane Tech High School and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
