Carlos Villalobos is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and agriculture. Since June 2009, Carlos has served as the Regional Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at FLO-CERT GmbH. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions as General Manager and Seeds Production Manager at Linda Vista S.A. from March 2000 to January 2009. Carlos possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, as well as another MBA focused on Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Additionally, Carlos earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
