Gigi Xian is an experienced professional in human resources and people management with a strong background in strategic partnership and engagement initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Float since October 2024, Gigi previously held the role of People Business Partner at Webflow, overseeing engineering, product, and design teams. Gigi's tenure at Labatt Breweries of Canada included roles as People Business Partner for Commercial functions and as a People Manager for Fluent Beverages, focusing on talent management and organizational design. Earlier experience includes national leadership positions at AIESEC in Latvia and AIESEC Canada, where Gigi achieved significant sales milestones and financial management success. Gigi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.
