Joel Daguerre is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in managing software teams and processes. Joel's background includes a notable tenure at Eaton, where the roles spanned from Software Quality Assurance Manager to Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, emphasizing process improvement and team management across multiple locations. Joel began the professional journey as a Software Developer at EXFO and holds a degree in Informatique de Gestion from Cégep Lévis-Lauzon along with ongoing studies in management at Université Laval.
