Brooke Amber Harris is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and nursing. Currently serving as a Lead Server at Flippers Pizzeria since March 2015, Brooke has excelled in a leadership role focused on enhancing the customer experience. Previous roles include Temporary Marketing Representative, Licensed Practical Nurse at Windsor at Celebration and Lake Buena Vista High School, and Memory Care Nurse at Merrill Gardens, where expertise in patient care and medication administration was demonstrated. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida and a Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Traviss Career Center.
