Joerg Germann, P.Eng. has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Joerg is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Flipp. Prior to that, Joerg served as the Managing Director at BackloopTechnology.com.

From 2018 to 2023, Joerg worked at Microsoft, where they held the position of Principal Manager Software Engineering. In this role, they managed the Vancouver engineering team and was also the Vancouver Site Lead.
