Mandeep Dhother is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Flipp since October 2019, Mandeep focuses on reimagining the shopping experience through innovative technology solutions. Previously, at BMO Financial Group, Mandeep was the Director of Mobile & Open Banking, driving disruptive banking initiatives utilizing AI and machine learning. Mandeep's earlier roles include Director of Digital Solutions & Innovation at WSP in Canada, where a Digital Factory was launched to enhance customer experiences, as well as managerial positions in software development and IT within organizations such as Seawood Solutions and Terramac International. Mandeep's career began at York University, where formal education was received alongside early roles in the tech industry.
