Padmakumar Pal is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in the apparel and fast fashion sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Apparel & Fast Fashion at Flipkart since July 2023, Padmakumar previously held multiple leadership roles at Myntra from November 2015 to June 2023, including Vice President & Head of Apparel & Fast Fashion, and Senior Director & Business Head for various segments. Padmakumar's career began at Shoppers Stop, where responsibilities included Category Manager and DGM in Buying & Merchandising from December 2004 to November 2015. An accomplished academic, Padmakumar holds a PGPMAX with a focus on Leadership, Finance, and Strategy from the Indian School of Business, and further completed programs at the National University of Singapore and The Wharton School. Additionally, Padmakumar has a PGDBM in Marketing & Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
