Matt Jay is an experienced business leader, currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Flip since December 2023, following the merger with Curated, where Matt held the same title since January 2018. Matt co-founded Less than 2 Degrees in August 2017, aiming to empower consumers to make eco-friendly choices to combat climate change. Previously, Matt was the Founder and CEO of Ripple Resort Media Inc. from February 1999 to June 2017, leading a successful media enterprise in the outdoor and adventure consumer sector, establishing numerous partnerships and clientele worldwide. Earlier career contributions include being a Founding Board Member of the Aspen Young Professionals Association and a Student Ambassador for AIESEC in the Czech Republic. Matt's educational background includes studies at Prague University of Economics and Business and Park Tudor.
