Tony Cyriac is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Regional OpEx Leader at Flint Group since February 2019, Tony has also held key positions at KIK Custom Products as Continuous Improvement Manager and AM Coach, at O-I as Regional Continuous Improvement Leader, and at Ingersoll Rand as OPEX Change Agent. With a history of implementing lean methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across various manufacturing environments, Tony previously worked as a Lean MVP Specialist at Eaton Corporation and a Lead Industrial Engineer at Panasonic Automotive Systems. Tony's educational qualifications include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
