Maciej Krzewiniak has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Maciej is currently the Head of Global Credit Management at Flint Group, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at adidas as a Senior Credit Manager Eastern Europe from November 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Regional Credit Lead at Cargill from December 2019 to October 2020.

In 2016, Krzewiniak joined Flint Group Poland Sp. z o.o., where they initially served as a Credit Management Team Leader from December 2016 to June 2018. Maciej then became a Credit Manager and was responsible for the Credit & Collection function in the EMEA region until November 2019. During their time at Flint Group, they implemented a Credit Management Tool worldwide and focused on making AR processes more efficient.

Before joining Flint Group, Krzewiniak gained experience as a Client Accounting and Accounts Receivable Team Leader at Linklaters from April 2014 to November 2016. Maciej managed the team, monitored their performance, and also handled various operational tasks related to client accounts and payments.

Their earlier roles include a Team Leader position at Nordea Bank AB - Nordea Operations Centre from March 2013 to March 2014, an Account Receivable Supervisor position at South Western BPS from April 2008 to February 2013, and an Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Accenture from August 2007 to January 2008.

Krzewiniak began their career as a Call Center Consultant at Polska Telefonia from June 2005 to June 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Associate in the Account Receivable Department at Philips European Accounting Centre from July 2006 to August 2007.

Throughout their career, Krzewiniak has demonstrated strong leadership skills, team management abilities, and expertise in credit management, risk assessment, and compliance. Maciej has constantly worked towards improving financial processes and achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Maciej Krzewiniak completed their education from 2000 to 2005 at the Technical University of Lodz, where they earned an Engineering degree in Information Technology. Maciej also obtained additional certifications including the Personal Leadership Academy from the ICAN Institute in 2019, Process Manager from Lean Six Sigma Solutions in 2018, and Accountancy Course I level from "Stowarzyszenie Księgowych" in Poland in 2015.
