Margot Monroe serves as a Senior Leader at Flinn Foundation since May 2021 and has been a Human Resources Consultant at Arizona State University since February 2005. At Arizona State University, Margot Monroe effectively manages several client groups, offering high-level HR consulting, interpreting and administering policies and procedures, providing disciplinary consultation, compensation support, policy review, training, and organizational design. Margot Monroe holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Dual Master's Degree in HR and Organizational Development, in addition to a Master’s in Organizational Development focused on Business Models and Strategy from the University of San Francisco.
