Douglas Chin is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in managing food and beverage operations across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager at the American Express Centurion Lounge for Flik Hospitality Group since September 2021, Douglas has previously held key managerial roles at Bon Appétit Management Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott Hotels, among others. With extensive expertise in daily operations, budgeting, menu development, and staff training, Douglas has contributed to the success of multiple dining and catering services throughout a diverse career that began in 1989.
