Monica Kacperczyk is an experienced professional in the private aviation sector, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at FlightBridge since January 2020. In this role, Monica is responsible for relationship management, customer success programs, and revenue growth, while also addressing support and integration issues alongside development teams. Prior to this, Monica held positions at Business Air Source as Manager of Client Relations and Aircraft Sourcing Specialist, where responsibilities included client and vendor relationship management and process improvement initiatives. Monica's earlier experience includes leading client services at Priester Aviation and roles in customer service and training at Atlantic Aviation, complemented by an internship at Chicago Department of Aviation's Midway Airport.
