Richard McGraw Jr. is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Lead for the Americas at FlexTrade since August 2016. In this role, Richard successfully manages diverse recruitment needs, collaborates with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, and negotiates offer packages. Prior to FlexTrade, Richard held positions such as Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at the New York Department of State and Technical Recruiter at Open Systems Technologies. Richard began their career with the New York Mets in a special operations role. Educationally, Richard holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
