Dan Richards is an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in managing Salesforce platforms across various organizations. Currently, at Flextrack Inc since January 2019, Dan leads the Salesforce Support team and has been instrumental in transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. Previously, at Brookfield Asset Management, Dan oversaw a Salesforce platform for 90 users, developed a training program for the Lightning migration, and created complex workflows. At Sysomos, Dan managed Salesforce for 200 users, implemented Wave Analytics, and optimized business processes. Dan began a career in project management and database conversion at EAP Expert Software Inc and Mircom Group. Dan holds an Information Systems Diploma from Cambrian College.
