Based in New York, he is responsible for overseeing accounting and reporting functions of private equity funds.
Mark joined Caspian Private Equity, a predecessor to Flexstone Partners, in 2012. Prior to joining Caspian, he was a Controller at Brahma Management and Zephyr Management.
Mark holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
