Reyna Dockus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, merchandising, marketing, and product development within the home furnishings industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Tomlinson Companies since November 2023, Reyna previously held the position of Director of Product Development at Flexsteel Industries Inc. beginning in August 2021. Prior to that, a significant role was fulfilled as Director of Merchandising at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., overseeing merchandising for major brands including Williams-Sonoma Home and Pottery Barn. Reyna's background also includes serving as Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development at Heritage Home Group, managing the strategic direction of renowned brands such as Thomasville, Drexel, and Henredon. Earlier experience includes a decade at Norwalk Furniture as Vice President of Merchandising & Marketing.
