Kathy Kacher serves as the President of Career/Life Alliance Services, Inc. since January 1987 and is a Co-Founder of The SMART Workplace, which specializes in relational and leadership competency training for the modern workplace. In addition, Kathy acts as an Organizational Development Consultant for FlexPaths, LLC, focusing on policies and training for the hybrid work environment. As a Faculty Member for WorldatWork since 2005, Kathy provides training in Human Resources and related fields. Previously, Kathy held the position of Past Chairman of the Board for SHIFTOnlineMN, which assists individuals in mid-life transitions. Kathy's educational background includes studies at the University of Phoenix and St. Cloud State University.
