Jill is a FlexPaths’ consultant with over 20 years of change management expertise. She has worked with several Fortune 50 companies to lead total change management solutions, including learning and development strategy and implementation, strategic communications, process design, workshop design and facilitation, change implementation, and measurement. Jill has both an entrepreneurial spirit and big-company experience. She spent 15 years running her consulting practice, and prior to that, Jill spent time working at Notion Consulting, Omnicom, and Accenture. Jill has cross-industry experience working in consumer products, financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare. Her client roster includes NBCU, Omnicom, Altria Group Inc., Marina Maher, Korman Marketing Group, GMR Marketing, Pfizer, Estee Lauder, and Heart Share St. Vincents. She is a versatile, flexible, collaborative leader and team player committed to delivering quality and results. Jill holds a BA in Psychology and Communications from the Rutgers College Honors Program, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Jill is a DDI-certified facilitator and trained in administering DiSC. Jill's most recent projects working under the FlexPaths' brand include the Greater Boston Food Bank and Montefiore Medical Center.
