Jeannette Weidmann has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jeannette is currently the Director of Operations at FlexOffice, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Location Development at FlexOffice since November 2018. From 2016, they were a Board of Trustees member at Trestle Group Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting women-led businesses in emerging economies. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Chief of Staff and Manager at Trestle Group Ventures. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Avenir Consulting AG, Swisscom AG, Conextrade AG, and Peter Thomann Architekturbüro.

Jeannette Weidmann's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, obtained from 2003 to 2007. Jeannette also completed a Diploma in Foundation Studies (Art, Design & Media) from London Metropolitan University in 2001-2002. Additionally, they pursued further studies, including a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (not completed) from Birkbeck, University of London, undertaken from 2009 to 2012. Jeannette also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Project Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich in 2014, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Fundraising Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2015-2016.
