Allie Flett has worked in various roles in the marketing and administrative fields since 2013. Allie began their career as a Research Intern for the Office of Sustainability for the City of Knoxville in 2013, followed by an Intern role at Keep Greenville County Beautiful. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Assistant for Holistic Physical Therapy, as well as a Salon Coordinator for Salon Aquarius. From 2016 to 2018, Allie worked as a Business Manager for Salon Aquarius, followed by a Marketing and Office Coordinator role at CRS Data. Allie is currently employed as a Product Marketing Manager for FBS since 2021.

Allie Flett attended Furman University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2012, they also attended UNSW, but did not earn a degree. No additional certifications are listed.
