Jason Weiss has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Jason started their career as a Crew Scheduler at Kitty Hawk, Inc. in 1998. Jason then worked as an Operations Controller at Atlas Air from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they held the position of Managing Director of SOC and Crew Resources at Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation from 2002 to 2007. Jason then joined NetJets as the Vice President of Crew Resource Planning from 2007 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Flexjet, where they started as the Vice President of Operations in 2013 and was later promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Operations in 2014.

Jason Weiss earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management and Technology from Eastern Michigan University between 1997 and 2000. Jason subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Leadership at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2011 to 2014.
