Sara Major has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. At Flexential, they currently hold the position of Director of Business Process and Program Management in the Strategic Initiatives Office. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager at Flexential in Select Customer Care and also served as a Service Delivery Manager and Senior IT Project Manager in the Professional Services division.

Sara Major, SPC, PMP, MBA, CSM has a strong educational background in business and entrepreneurship. Sara earned their Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Business Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in the years 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Sara went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution. Their MBA, completed from 2009 to 2012, focused on Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Sara Major has obtained several professional certifications. Sara is a Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant and a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant, both awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc. The certifications were obtained in April 2023 and October 2022, respectively. Sara also holds the ITIL Foundations certification from PeopleCert, obtained in October 2018.
