Ralph Whitt is an experienced professional in technical and customer operations, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations - East at Flexential since December 2016. Prior to this role, Ralph held various director positions at Flexential, including Director of Customer Operations for Florida and Georgia and Director of Service Delivery for the Charlotte Market. Ralph's previous experience includes serving as the Director of Technical Operations at DC74 Data Centers for a brief period in 2016, and as the Head of Information Technology at PCLS from June 2012 to July 2016. Earlier in Ralph's career, a significant tenure at SAIC spanned from January 1997 to June 2012, where Ralph held the role of ITS Service Area Manager.
