Don Rapoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales systems and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of the Salesforce Platform at Flexential since May 2023, Rapoza previously held the position of Manager of Sales Systems, Process and Operations at Lumen Technologies from 2011 to May 2023. Prior roles include Manager of Sales Operations - Compensation, Quota and Analytics at CenturyLink Business and various positions in sales compensation systems, contributing to a strong foundation in sales compensation and operations. Earlier career experience at CGI as a Consultant/Business Analyst further enhances Rapoza's expertise. Rapoza earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, from 1990 to 1994.
