Rafał Chomicz has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Rafał recently served as the CEO and Managing Director at FlexDev Group, where they focused on building development teams and providing leadership. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Director at summ-it sp. z o.o. and as the Head of Software Development and Team Lead at Ciber. Rafał also served as a Solution Architect at Komplett Group and held roles such as Service Manager and Integration Architect at GlaxoSmithKline Poland. Additionally, they worked as a Software Architect at SII and as a Freelancer at Taurkom, where they completed several software development projects. Rafał has also worked as a Senior Programmer at Komputronik, a Programmer at BCS Polska, and as a Junior Project Manager at Projekt Miasteczko Multimedialne.

Rafał Chomicz completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Software Engineer from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu from 2004 to 2007. Rafał then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from DePaul University between 2007 and 2009.
