Dana Delaney is an experienced manufacturing and product engineer, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Flexco since January 2019, focusing on improving manufacturing efficiency. Previously, as a Senior Product Engineer, Dana designed tools and fasteners for conveyor belts using SolidWorks. At The HON Company, Dana worked as a Product Engineer, utilizing ProE and Windchill PLM for furniture design. Prior experience at Apex Tool Group, LLC included roles as a Senior New Product Development Engineer and Product Procurement and Project Manager, emphasizing customer-focused product development and project management. Dana began career at DANAHER TOOL GROUP, progressing from Development Engineer to Engineering Project Manager, responsible for new product launches and innovations, including a patented pin-less universal socket. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Prairie State College.
