Chip Sandleben, CSM, has extensive experience in technology and trust management. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Flex Technology Group since June 2019, Chip also acts as Executor/Trustee for the Mary Ann Sandleben Trust, overseeing estate management and asset distribution. Previously, Chip held various roles at IBM, including Product Manager for Customer Support in Cloud Offerings, where responsibilities included developing new features and managing the product backlog, and Technical Solutions Manager, leading technical sales for large outsourcing engagements. Chip began their career as Customer Service Manager at Strategic Information Management, launching several customer-facing services. Chip earned a Bachelor's of Science in Radio and Television Communications from Butler University in 1986.
