Ashwatha Venkatrajulu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they started as a Legal Intern at Cole Hansen Chester LLP and gained valuable experience in the legal field. In 2017, they worked as a Publicity Intern at Hachette Book Group and as a Student Adviser, Client Team Staff, SPITE for Schools Volunteer, and Note Taker at the Legal Advice Centre at Queen Mary University of London. Ashwatha also had a brief experience as a Paralegal - Insurance & Compliance at London Luton Airport. In 2019, they worked as a Researcher at RSG Consulting. In 2020, they expanded their legal expertise by working as a Researcher at LexisNexis and as a Paralegal at Vodafone Business. In 2021, they worked as a Paralegal at UNLIMITED. Currently, they hold the position of Account Management Associate at Flex Legal, starting in 2022.

Ashwatha Venkatrajulu has a diverse education history. Ashwatha attended ACS Cobham International School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English at New York University from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they furthered their education at Queen Mary University of London and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2019. Additionally, in October 2017, Ashwatha completed the Reed Smith Business Skills Programme offered by Reed Smith LLP. Currently, they are studying at The University of Law, pursuing an LPC (Legal Practice Course) degree in law.
