Patrick Budion has worked in various roles in the sales and management industry since 1998. Patrick began their career as a Guest Relations and Concessions Manager at the City of Eagan in 1998. In 2006, they became a Shift Manager at Avis Budget Group, where they were responsible for scheduling, sales updating and training staff, customer issue resolution, and auditing of books. In 2008, they moved to Enterprise Commercial Trucks as a Branch Commercial Truck Manager, where they managed sales and staff at the Minneapolis Airport. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a North Central Regional Sales Manager at Flex Fleet Rental, and then moved to Midas International as a Regional Sales Manager. Patrick returned to Flex Fleet Rental in 2020, where they currently serve as the Director of Business Development.

Patrick Budion received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2004. Patrick then went on to pursue their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sports Management at Nova Southeastern University, which they completed in 2006.
