Mike Pinckney has over a decade of experience in outside technical sales at Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, focusing on mechanical seal applications, training, troubleshooting, installation, and rotating equipment surveying since October 2010. Additionally, Mike serves as a repair manager and M Day Officer for the Vermont Army National Guard since November 2012. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2010.
