Claudia de Jong has extensive experience in program and operations management, currently serving as the Manager Program & Operations and Teamlead at Flevum since October 2014. In this role, Claudia focuses on the substantive development of customized programs and ensures the quality of processes leading to and during events, while also overseeing a team of project staff, project managers, and the service center. Prior to Flevum, Claudia held various project management roles at Gerechtshof Den Haag and worked in project and organization at ONL OndernemersParlement. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labor Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
