Emily DeGrazia

Director of Ecomm Operations + Client Experience at Fleur Du Mal

Emily DeGrazia has worked in the fashion industry since 2011. In 2016, they began working as an Ecomm Operations + Client Experience Manager, Client Relations, and Freelancer at Fleur du Mal. Prior to this, they were the General Manager + Buyer and Part Time Fitter at Brooklyn Fox Lingerie from 2012 to 2016. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Assistant Designer, Freelance CAD Designer, and Design Intern at Vandale Industries. In these roles, they were responsible for managing, improving and fulfilling on all customer service and clienteling initiatives, overseeing day to day operations, assisting in the opening of a new location, managing two mid- to high-end brick and mortar lingerie boutiques and e-commerce site, product development, fabric sourcing and cost engineering, communicating with domestic and international vendors, creating and maintaining tech packs, producing and updating CADS, designing custom prints and graphics for production, dyeing fabrics, laces and trims for in house sample production, and sourcing sample components in the garment district.

Emily DeGrazia attended Shepaug Valley High School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Emily then attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012, where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design.
